My first visit was most definitely a good experience from the front desk, Amber my hygienist was great and Dr. Reed did a a great job of working me in to put a crown on a broken tooth. All this on my first appointment was very impressive. The appointment was scheduled for later in the month but they rescheduled me for the next day when I called about the broken tooth. Can’t ask for more than that!

I liked all of the safety measures you have in place: taking my temperature, hand sanitizer and questionaire before I entered the lobby to the sanitary environment where my dental work was performed. Great job!

Everyone was very friendly. The lady that was meeting and interviewing patients at the front door was very kind. My dental hygienist was very very good. I felt safe and my teeth were very cleaned when I left. The music that day was GREAT, made you want to get up and dance or at least sing! Very good experience.

Great experience overall, one improvement I would suggest would be if patients are waiting for a significant amount of time in the waiting room, it might be a better idea to have them wait in their car and call when it is time to go inside for their appointment.
