This was my first time to this practice. I got to my appointment early. I was greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and professional. I was taken before my appointment time. I felt that the dentist listened to my concerns and took as much time as was needed for my consultation. The office team encouraged me to call if I had questions or concerns.

My first teeth cleaning at Worthington Dental Group did not go so well because of a substitute dental hygienist. But they made it right with me and I feel everyone should get a second chance. The next cleaning was worth going back for - My new dental hygienist, Alison was extremely welcoming to me, professional in her work and took wonderful care of my teeth and gums. Unfortunately it's been almost a year since my last cleaning. I was expecting a lot of sensitivity, even though I try hard at home. Alison was AMAZING! She puts you at ease, really takes her time to be thorough, and still manages to put a smile on your face before you leave. Her enthusiasm for what she does is contagious! Let me first say I had EXTREME DENTAL ANXIETY! Just the thought of a calling a dental office is very hard for me. I had scheduled a appointment with another practice and was scheduled months out to have much needed dental work done I was in pain and discomfort. I had a gum graft by Dr. Duckworth yesterday and I had a lot of anxiety leading up to the procedure. Dr. Duckworth and Courtney were both very understanding and helpful. They made the experience as comfortable as possible and I truly appreciated it!
