I was the only person in the waiting area, the seating was appropriately spread out, everyone wore masks, as did I, my temperature was taken at the door, the hygienist was appropriated masked and gloves. Everything was set up for my (and their) protection. Well done.

Unfortunately, one of my retainer brackets broke the night before and the wire was hanging -- making it very uncomfortable for me. I called WDG at 8:40am on Thursday and they told me to come right away -- that they could fix it at 9:00am. It was comforting to see the concerns they had about COVID-19. Immediately after entering the doors, they had a lady screening me and taking my temperature.
