I was very disappointed that my vent pipe damage claim was disallowed. Even after I had Feazel’s Project Manger visit my house and inspect the damaged pipe and agreed it was probably due to the crews over-manipulation or accidental manipulation of the roof vent pipe but he wanted to see what Yellow Dot had to say about it. We had Yellow Dot come and inspect and the technician agreed it was most likely due to roofers manipulating or accidentally manipulating the vent pipe during the repair. Excellent work-good response time
Really enjoyed working with the sales person but thought the project manager could have had more communication with us. There were several areas where the crew did sloppy work, broke siding when putting up flashing, used black tar/caulking to seal down the flashing but just slopped it on (in a very visible area by the front door). These are all things my husband and I either fixed or have to fix.
Great experience! Awesome customer service from start to finish.
