Our story with Feazel has a no good start but a good ending. We had a very small leak and called Feazel to have a look. The salesperson who came here at the beginning was lack of experience and not professional. Something unexpected happened during his first visit. And also the leak got worse after his repair. I called Feazel a couple of times later requested to send a more experienced roofer to my house to repair the leak. Fortunately, Feazel sent Tyler Shinn to our house. One of my neighbors was having their roof replaced by Feazel and I watched the crews working throughout the day and saw what a great job they did not only on the roof itself, but the cleanup and how quickly they finished the job up. Feazel came around the neighborhood afterwards to promote their business and I spoke with someone to set up a roof inspection. This review site may show it as 4.9 but it was definitely a 5 Star job. Cody Mitchell and Grant McGlothlin were both very helpful and attentive throughout the completion of my new roof with Feazel. The entire work crew was professional, hard working and dedicated to completing the job.

Theron was awesome. Hugely helpful with my insurance company. He was both insightful & determined. I would have quit the whole process without his guidance & support. Roof installation was not that great. But we got thru it. The process for payment was not clear till the end on the process. In the end it was simple & clear. I recommend you to three neighbors.
