Our story with Feazel has a no good start but a good ending. We had a very small leak and called Feazel to have a look. The salesperson who came here at the beginning was lack of experience and not professional. Something unexpected happened during his first visit. And also the leak got worse after his repair. I called Feazel a couple of times later requested to send a more experienced roofer to my house to repair the leak. Fortunately, Feazel sent Tyler Shinn to our house. One of my neighbors was having their roof replaced by Feazel and I watched the crews working throughout the day and saw what a great job they did not only on the roof itself, but the cleanup and how quickly they finished the job up. Feazel came around the neighborhood afterwards to promote their business and I spoke with someone to set up a roof inspection.
