My experience with Feazel could not have been better. Ryan Rodriguez was very professional and he went the extra mile to talk to my insurance adjuster at a moment’s notice. He is very knowledgeable about the process and was eager to get the job started. Dustin Johnson managed the project once it began, and he addressed any concerns I had immediately. My roof looks wonderful and Brian Jaeger and Dustin Johnson promise it won’t leak ever again! My roof is very unusual - a very low slope in places, three skylights, several “trenches” that catch water, several different angles - and I know it took a group effort on the part of the Feazel professionals to determine how best to solve my roof issues.
