Brian Jaeger and Jenna Foley have both performed exceptionally on my project. Both have extraordinary people and follow up skills which are in short supply in the contractor world. Brian thoroughly reviewed the project with me before, during and after the roof work was complete. He was forthright answering my questions and explaining my warranty and how to handle any future problems should they occur. The overall experience was positive! Travis Hull went above and beyond as he had to work through an insurance company. Travis explained the process and next steps along the way. Travis was able to get this approved through the insurance company and we now have a new roof. The installation process was clean and smooth as well, especially with John Patella providing updates along the way. Feazel Roofing did a great job reroofing my house. Brian Amador was awesome to work with and went above and beyond working with my insurance company. John Patella did a great job managing the project. He kept me informed and insured its completion to a high standard. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of the cleanup.
