Kearns was the best from start to finish. Cleaned up after themselves, and was inspected thoroughly. They are very professional!!!**************

Feazel has a very professional staff in all departments. Everyone made my installation of my new roof a breeze. The quality of work is phenomenal. They clean up afterwards leaving me absolutely no worries. I would highly recommend them my friends and family.

All work was done well and promptly! I would recommend this firm to anyone.
Feazel cut up boards and nailed into existing wood decking (I have pictures). The contract states replace decking as needed. I feel I was deceived by not telling me how they were going to install decking. I assumed the decking would be replace with full sheets as that is how I have seen a number of roofs completed in my subdivision. As an elderly woman they have bullied me for the entire insurance check even though they paid no attention to the Scope of Work they requested that listed lines for fascia to be replaced. Due to non-payment, your account has since been turned over to a third-party collections agency and is no longer being handled by our company. My gutter installation was a clusterf^%}. There were mistakes made that had to be corrected. My gutters were installed in an unorthodox manner. The company lied and did not listen to anything I said until the very end causing them to make changes that I dont know will work. Im not satisfied with the job and was charged the premium price.

Terrible. 0 communication unless we reached out. Endless excuses for missed appointments. Dragged on for a year. Finally resolved after a 1 star google review but they even managed to botch that(not all work complete, found 27 nails in my yard). Hence, the additional 1 star review. Management needs to evaluate the direction they would like to go with this company and if they are truly dedicated to the roofing industry as they claim. Otherwise, more passive investments might be a better career move for the owners and customer... read more

FEAZEL left a hole in the stucco where the existing gutter was, when they removed it. They denied they were responsible. They had a subcontractor give me an estimate of $1600.00 to do the repair. This was over 6 months. Would not recommend.
After interviewing 3 different roofing companies and checking references, we chose Feazel. The crew showed up and started working before 8am on Thursday.. Around 5:30pm they started putting on shingles. They were still working on our roof in the dark around 7:30-8:00pm, using cell phone flashlights. Observations : 1. My neighbor's roof was recently done and was finished by 5pm, why did Feazel's crew take so long? The houses are similarly sized.2.
