So very upset and dissatisfied in every way Would not recommend. After meeting with dr nate and describing my terrible anxiety with going to the dentist, he told me he'd prescribe a medication and with that medication plus nitrous I should be relaxed. Quality Service Love the the service I get but upper management is less to be desired. They don’t treat their employees very well. Sad!
First visit This was my first visit and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions. They were able to fit me in within 2 days for a filling. I felt the dr. only recommended what I actually needed vs trying to up sell me on a bunch of services. Overall I liked the practice and I will go back. I must admit it was a little off putting that they would not schedule an appt for a filling without 50% of the cost upfront. Always reliable I love Dr. Bobby, he always takes care of anything needed.. ****IF I WAS RATING THE CHECK OUT AREA IT WOULD BE MINUS -5 STARS*** BUT, today the individual(s) who were checking me out.. were less than friendly. Total waste of time I made an appointment a month in advance for my two sons to be checked by the Orthodontist to see how long they will need braces for and go over the cost and procedures. We drove 35 minutes to get there and got called back. After a few minutes Dr. Goo came in, stuck a mirror in my son's mouth and said, "yes he will benefit from braces". Wrong tooth, wrong cavity being filled My daughter came in for a routine cleaning. She was diagnosed with 2 cavities. We decided to have one cavity filled today and return to have the other filled. The left tooth was numbed up for the filling. I walk out to go pay for my bill and my daughter is moved to another room, where the dentist starts filling the Right Side cavity. Service was fine It is always a pleasure to see and visit with Dr. Max. New dental hygienist (Heather) was a little heavy-handed when hitting sore spots in my mouth with the plaque scraper and seemed to be oblivious to it. There were no also no apologies when bumping my chair.
