Very dissatisfied Given that I had a crown put in around 4 months ago and it fell out while I was eating, and then replaced on December 6th, and it has been very sensitive to hot and cold and pressure, now I’m being told I might need s root canal but two wait for about two weeks if I can, and will probably end up costing me a $160, I am not happy. This should have been figured out before the initial crown was placed. I’m in pain, and feel it’s unacceptable to expect me to stay like this for two weeks.

stop sending reviews with now 4 trips to get a bridge inserted with each successive one being unacceptable I don't care to respond

My time is just as important as theirs! My appointment was scheduled (at the time of my previous appointment) for 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:18pm. Three patients came in after me and were taken back before me. When I asked the receptionist about it she said I was with Sharon today and she wasn't ready yet. She then asked me if I'd like her to find out how long it would be. I was like, um YES! Why didn't see let me know what was going on after 5:30 came and went?! again a bridge too far this is the 3rd time that my wife's expected bridge is being sent out for the lab to make correctly. this is so irritating and a complete abuse of her sitting in the chair only to be told to come back. I don't blame the Fixari staff as they are only relying on the lab

incorrectly made bridge ... again! It is very disappointing that once again I am forced to return to receive a bridge that was incorrectly made once before and now still wasn't correct. Not only did I have the agony of the extraction of the temporary bridge, but now with another temporary in place I will be going through this once again.

Poor quality business My mother had an awful experience. She wanted a cleaning, but they would only do a deep clean. Her appt was confirmed, but when she showed up, they said it wasn't and tried to reschedule. She had the text that was sent that morning, but they disregarded that. Also got a bill for x-rays that they said she would not be charged for.

Wonderful Employee & Office I love my periodontal hygienist. She is the most sweet and caring person there. From the first deep cleaning she made me feel comfortable. She is an asset to have on the team. Also a shout out to Dr Bobby. What a wonderful man and a great dentist that is very caring and dedicated. My entire family is now going to this office. Vey unhappy customer On Aug 26 I had worked fone for two crowns. Today sept 7 and I'm still in excruciating pain. Went to another dentist that referred me to a specialist, NEED root canal! Sigh

Disappointed I went today, for a tooth ache. Dr. G , was super nice.... but the work to be done was going to be $3000. My insurance only covering about $600.00. They would not work with me with payment arrangement. I was not approved for the Care Credit. I've been a long time patient. I even used Care Credit to get 8 Veniers ( $8000.00 ), a few years back.
