Front Desk Staff is Ill-Equipped Dr. Max is great! He is insightful, radiates kindness, and his expertise is valued. However, the office staff members have a long way to go as far as competency. On the day we were seen, we were given an appt. card for my child's next appt and they had the right appt date on it, but the wrong patient name was on the card. Long wait I had an appointment at 3:50. I wasn't taken back to the room until 4:13. Not okay to be so disrespectful of people's time. I feel like every time I go to one of the locations, it's something. Becoming frustrating. On another note, the staff was very friendly.

So I went back to the dentist today to get my permanent crown put on. The bill was already generated. I was charged 1256.00 for a porcelain crown, but low and behold I looked in my mouth when I got home and received a SILVER COLORED crown. Watch your bill. So my problem is not with the doctors or people it's with the accounting department. That is what my rating is for

Will not return to this office I had fillings on 5/13/17. I felt tremendous pain during the filling and the dentist didn't stop. The assistant even said to me "I didn't agree with that. That wasn't right". 2 days later I realized something wasn't right. I called the office and I was seen on 5/20/17 by another dentist. They took X-rays and confirmed no contact between the teeth that were filled. I was told to wait and see. I returned on 6/7/17 and seen by the dentist I seen on 5/20/17. Not as advertised I left another dentist because they could not get the billing correct. I left the office after my appointment not feeling any better with the change to you. There were discrepancies from what I was told over the phone. We will see how it all unfolds but I was not very confident based off my conversations with the staff. I was told that they are not in network but they accept my coverage, but don't worry because my wife has dental coverage as well that they accept. Always personable, friendly and genuine I have always hated the dentist! But I have to admit, I don't stress as much with Fixari. There are non-judgemental, genuine, friendly and are great!

The Fixari Family Dental has an excellent customer service. Once arrived to the place one of the representative will assist you right away. They are very accommodating to their individual customer. As soon as you enter at the front lobby you will see all these employees smiling faces. Recommendation is highly possible. Dental doctors are great! This is my first visit to them but I feel like I will stay on this place permanently....hopefully! I just moved in the area from Oklahoma, and it happened by driving around I seen the... read more

Appointment time My appointment was at 1:00 and I wasn't even seen by the hygienist by 1:30 so I left. I was there just for a "Cleaning". They already were aware that I was pressed for time but I never even got an explanation why they were running behind. RESPECT PEOPLE MORE!!
