Professional service and poor work by the hygienist Dr Mike was professional and explained the work he was doing while performing my build up so my temporary crown could be placed . Before I could even leave the parking lot my temporary crown fell out. Very friendly staff, however this does not leave me very hopeful for future work that I need performed on this tooth and any others. At this point, I do not recommend them. We will see the results of my future appointment before I provide another review and feedback.

Watch your wallet After a cleaning I was talked into a procedure after finding out what my insurance would cover. I was asked to pay half up front. Which I did - then a few weeks later I was taking to Deana to schedule procedure and she said I needed to pay the full amount which now did not include what I had payed up front. Deana told my insurance did not pay as much as thought. I then said I wanted a refund and she said she could not do that and would call me later about it. Customer Service I have been receiving services from Fixari Dental for nearly two years. The only dentist I have ever seen at Fixari is Dr. Rosa. On Friday, I came in to be seen for a chipped tooth (I had an appointment), and was seen by a different dentist. I don't recall her name because, quite frankly, I was stunned that I wasn't told when I made the appointment that I would be seeing someone different. Wonderful Care Sharon was gentle and profession during my cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me helpful suggestions to help maintain my teeth. It was a very pleasant experience.

The dentist Dr. Gerda was very good, the hygienist were very good. The BILLING OFFICE is the worst I have ever dealt with and I am 73 years old. My first appointment was in February 2014. At that time I had work done and paid Fixari $800.00 that the billing office said the insurance companies would not cover. The Fixari billing office never billed my insurance company (GEHA). Be prepared to wait! No patient should be at a dental office for 2 hours for a routine cleaning and exam!

I have been going to Fixari for the last 12 years and over the last 2 years, I have become more and more unhappy with my service each time. After this visit, I will be finding a new dentist. I use to be able to be in and out in 30 minutes. This last time, I was there for over 2 hours!! I waited 35 minutes before they even called me back, and then once I got back there, it was even more and more waiting.

I wish I wasn't pushed into xrays everytime I come in for a cleaning. It upsets me but they still insist. I have had too many already. And when I say I am not interested in any sort of fancy toothbrush or appliance, I always have to defend my reasons why I don't want it. I would be more than happy to sign off on these things so you wouldn't be responsible.
