If I could leave no stars, I would! We wanted to get some work done on our house including a few different items such as gutter guards, trim and flashing replaced, and soffit repairs. Most items that we wanted repaired were done incorrectly the first time and needed to be done again or were missed completely after 5 weeks of work. Not to mention, we were quoted that all of the repairs were going to take about a week to complete. One star customer service. Neighbor's tall skinny home under MCR contract. My adjacent 1-story home/property collateral damage. I asked that the crew to mitigate raining down upon me nails, tar paper and shingle fragments from up high. MCR's on-site project manager at **** ****** ** on April 24-25, 2023 was profoundly arrogant and argumentative, bluntly told me that if the crew was more careful, they would have to work slower, it would take longer to complete the job, and this would be unacceptable. Please read my ***********review to see pictures of water damage referenced. MCR did not cover my roof as they were doing a roof replacement. Do not mistaken this as the roof was partially covered, or the cover had failed to protect the roof. They didn't use a cover, in heavy rain conditions, AT ALL. Not sure why they made the decision to not use any covering whatsoever, but they made their choice. These images were taken as the heavy rain was pouring, so the damage was much worse. Music City Roofers install new roof on my home on 1/12/17 ,I had a 10 year labor warranty,30 year material warranty.1/16/2022 I found a leak between my front window and my front porch.I called 1/17/2022 Music City Roofers explained I had leak and needed appt to repair leak,had warranty.No return call back,I called every day 18th,19th20,left the above message with no return call back,called 1/21/2022 again,got appt for 1/28/2022,they sent Cert.Roof Specialist he took pic and showed me where the leak was coming from,I showed h... read more

If you want a new roof, Music City Roofers comes across as a good business, but once they have your money you become persona non grata. They put a new roof on my house barely a year ago. When I discovered it was leaking I couldn't get anyone to even return my calls. If you call their office number you get a recording stating the line was busy, but for a small fee they'll keep trying. I tried on my own nonstop all day and only got the ''busy" recording until very late in the day, then was only told someone would contact me. E... read more
