I want to share the great experience that I had with Music City Roofers, especially having read some posts where others refused to talk with such companies. While I would advise against working with traveling roofing companies, from our experience, having a reputable local company, such as Music City Roofers represent your claim, you can get a better result than working directly with your insurance company. These guys are THE BEST!!! They show up on time, very courteous and complete the job in a quick amount of time. The cleanup is precise and perfect. I have a rental in Nashville but live in New Zealand. Thus I was worried about dealing with a firm whose work I couldn't check. However, my long standing tennant was able to advise me how Music City Roofers' initial response was much better than that of some other firms; and she was very pleased with the new roof MCR installed. She was rather surprised at how they even so thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Thus, as an absentee owner, I couldn't be more pleased with MCR's overall performance. So 5 stars to them.
