Our neighborhood had hail damage Memorial Day weekend. Anthony B****** was in the neighborhood and offered us a free inspection. He facilitated the insurance process and was able to get us a new roof! He is very knowledgeable about the product and goes above and beyond for his customers. From day one when Pete and Ben came by and did a free estimate, through today, these folks have been everything you are looking for in a roofing contractor. They were timely and clear communicators, they did the battle with the insurance adjuster and worked with my local office to really have my back to get everything taken care of for a total replacement after storm damage and horrible product from the construction crew who built my home. After a storm damaged our roof Music City Roofers was there to help us get a new roof. Ben was there every step of the way and even personally helped me transfer our warranty when we had to move. Service was top notch. From contacting them and getting the problem evaluated to working with our insurance carrier and keeping in touch, they made the process easier and stress free. The work was done quickly, with regular updates and was finished well within the time promised. Care was given not to destroy any plants around the house as well, and they cleaned up satisfactorily. Music City Roofers replaced our roof in October 2023! I was blown away with their ability to communicate with the insurance company. Particularly with Ben B*****. We were having major problems convincing them that the shingle we needed was no longer in production. They insisted the roof could be repaired when in actuality it needed to replaced.
