Jeff from MCR was amazing. We experienced a leak on our daughter's bedroom and needed the roof and attic inspected. He was kind, professional, and informative on next steps to fix the problem. He also climbed into the smallest attic to find the point of leakage. We will definitely be using Jeff at MCR in the future!

I have used Music City Roofers twice and Jeff Camp worked with insurance and codes to meet my needs for repairs. He came quickly to put a tarp on the roof to save further damage. He followed up after repairs were completed as required. I highly recommend Music City Roofers for your needs.

Guy (blanking on name) showed up and knocked on our door. "Are you aware you have a tree limb on your roof?". He had been at a job in the vacinity. We had a pretty big wind, thunder, lightning that day and did not know. He offered to climb on the roof and make sure of no damage. Alas, no damage but very kind. We appreciated it.

I had a wonderful professional experience with Zach Hartman, he went beyond the necessary time to help me deal with the insurance company! He fought a hard battle for me, kept me in the loop and was full of knowledge on both insurance issues and what roof I need to install. It was nice to have him as my one contact who took care of everything for me. I would highly recommend Zach to take care of your gutter and roofing needs. A++

crew was professional and maintained great work ethics. my choice in shingle style and color was spot on. they did an excellent job of installing the new roof. Nathanael was very professional and kept me " in the loop" as to what was being done. The end of job clean up was done in a timely manner. All debris from the roofing installation was removed. I will recommend Music City Roofing to my friends and family.

From day one when Pete and Ben came by and did a free estimate, through today, these folks have been everything you are looking for in a roofer. They were timely and clear communicators, they did the battle with the insurance adjuster and worked with my local office to really have my back to get everything taken care of for a total replacement after storm damage and horrible product from the construction crew who built my home. My sister's house needed a new roof . After speaking a few other companies Music city had the best offer. They did several homes in our neighborhood and the quality of work was excellent. The company uses good quality material. I will recommend them to all my friends and family needing roof repairs.

My mother's house in White House, TN, is in escrow and she needed a roof repair completed expeditiously. Timothy Mlynarski responded to my request for a bid quickly, followed up when he said he would, and sent detailed information, including about 60 photos of the property and videos illustrating the issue, and quoted a fair price for the repair.
