Attaching pictures of the botched roof replacement.  These are pics of water damage MCR did to my house as heavy rain came pouring in the area.  MCR did not cover my roof as they were doing a roof replacement.  Do not mistaken this as the roof was partially covered, or the cover had failed to protect the roof.  They didn't use a cover, in heavy rain conditions, AT ALL. Look elsewhere for any of your roofing needs. This company re-roofed my home not long ago and the quality control was literally non-existent. They use contracted third-party laborers and not one person from MC roofers was on site to perform quality control of the job. I, the owner and one paying, had to go on the roof numerous times to find drip edge not even secured to decking, loose shingles that weren't sufficiently nailed, ridge vent dented in numerous spots from workers just stepping on it after install, softened dec... read more

Be careful when dealing with this company. They solicited me while dealing with a neighbor. They immediately have you sign an agreement that, if you do not proceed with the roof installation, they require you to pay them 10% of any insurance proceeds if there is an insurance claim for a damaged roof. My neighbor had a terrible experience with them, with the sub contractor, and entire crew, not speaking English. We hired music city roofers to repair storm damage. I had to ask them to return several times for areas that they clearly missed. I would call my project manager to ask if the job was complete and they would tell me yes. But then I would be able to clearly see areas that were blatantly skipped over. Each time they would come back out they would try and tell me they were planning to return and fix that area but I doubt they would have without me calling. Surprise! Before 7:00 A.M. one day my doorbell rang with a team there to replace my roof--no appointment or call-ahead. This lack of attention to customer service was a repeated event throughout the several work projects Music City Roofers undertook at my house. It was quite frustrating. This company "Re-roofed my" small 12-2 pitched roof a couple years ago and the workmanship was horrific. The sub-contracted was composed of young men, early 20s if that, none of whom could speak English or communicate with me! The company representative said they would be on-site the during the process to monitor the work. They never came by or communicated with me. Trash was in my front yard upon completion. I can't speak to their work, since we did not get a new roof from them. They do not do repairs. They will only do full roof jobs. It was a painful experience being caught between what felt like a predatory used car salesman and a soulless insurance adjuster. The salesman made up a bunch of lies that he wanted me to tell the insurance adjuster. Why you should NOT use Music City Roofers - and its worth the rant. Took them two weeks to send someone out for an estimate, and they were supposed to show up with a drone - sounds cool, right? Well, a woman in her late 50's with bleach blonde hair, hot pink capris and lipstick to match shows up and doesn't even have a ladder, let alone a drone. Music City Roofers approached my elderly mother at her home while inspecting a house across the road after a particularly bad storm. "Mitch" took photographs of the "damaged roof" to show her and called her insurance to move forward with a claim. When the adjuster came to inspect there was no damage to the roof, Mitch left without one word, having photographed non-existant damage and creating a baseless claim. Unacceptable.
