Music City Roofers install new roof on my home on 1/12/17 ,I had a 10 year labor warranty,30 year material warranty.1/16/2022 I found a leak between my front window and my front porch.I called 1/17/2022 Music City Roofers explained I had leak and needed appt to repair leak,had warranty.No return call back,I called every day 18th,19th20,left the above message with no return call back,called 1/21/2022 again,got appt for 1/28/2022,they sent Cert.Roof Specialist he took pic and showed me where the leak was coming from,I showed h... read more

If you want a new roof, Music City Roofers comes across as a good business, but once they have your money you become persona non grata. They put a new roof on my house barely a year ago. When I discovered it was leaking I couldn't get anyone to even return my calls. If you call their office number you get a recording stating the line was busy, but for a small fee they'll keep trying. I tried on my own nonstop all day and only got the ''busy" recording until very late in the day, then was only told someone would contact me. E... read more
