If you need a roof repair or replacement these are the guys to call! MCR quoted me the lowest price and clearly noted the service to be completed. I received quotes from 3 other companies that stated more work needed to be completed than was truly necessary. Jeff Richfield is very responsive, professional, honest and reasonably priced. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after what happened, I feel people should be aware. While walking my dog, I was screamed at aggressively by this person in a way that deeply upset both me and my dog. The situation was already inappropriate and intimidating, but it escalated further when they later came into my workplace and continued the confrontation there. High pressure sales type company that spent 3.5 hours wearing me down in my home even though I repeatedly told them I just needed an estimate and planned to obtain at least 3 estimates before signing a contract. After 3 hours I fell for it and signed their contract before I understood what they were doing. My roof had hail damage and MCR was hired for the roof replacement. After the tare off of the old shingles it was discovered that 10 sheets of plywood was in need of replacement and a custom drip molding was needed because of the builders gap on the roof. In the contract I signed with MCR it stated 2 sheets of plywood were included with replacement if needed and any additional sheets would be $90 per sheet. I am purely writing my experience so far. Note that I am yet to actually receive the repair, though I have paid a multi-thousand dollar deposit. I called Music City to look at a roof leak and they put me on the schedule quickly which I appreciated. Extremely Disappointed and Unresponsive Service I had a disappointing experience with MCR (Music City Roofers) that left me frustrated and questioning their professionalism. I highly recommend the Music City Roofers team. I met Randy in my neighborhood. I asked about roofing repairs and/or replacement. Randy was quick to respond to my needs. I stopped by my house later that afternoon. He was equipped with cards, shingles, and literature. He explained the process is great detail.
