Music City Roofers replaced our roof in October 2023! I was blown away with their ability to communicate with the insurance company. Particularly with Ben B*****. We were having major problems convincing them that the shingle we needed was no longer in production. They insisted the roof could be repaired when in actuality it needed to replaced. The job took longer than expected and there were mistakes along the way, but the mistakes have been corrected and now the job is completed. The finished product is high quality, and we are satisfied with the work that was done and the price for the job. Management reached out to us quickly to correct the issues that we were experiencing.

James and the crew from MCR took AMAZING care of me. I had some serious shingle damage from a high wind event that rollled thru in March. My insurance came out and decided that the damage warranted a new roof, so I put in a call to MCR after a friend recommended them to me. Dewayne and Music City Roofers restored my faith in contractors: underpromise/overdeliver...do it right the first time. I wish all service providers were as prompt, professional, thorough. Can't say enough good things! Excellent communication, easy scheduling, very reasonable timelines, fair pricing, professional at all points, and outstanding work and final product! Travis H****** with Music City Roofers has been a DREAM to work with for my 88 yr old dad's house. Travis has stayed in contact with me, and kept me informed. He made my dad very comfortable with him. Today, the roofers were respectful, worked hard, efficiently and fast. They were very respectful of my dad and he couldn't possibly be happier with the job preformed, the look, and the cleanup. I had my roof replaced in October 2023 and also had all of the decking replaced. The decking was not installed properly and doesn't meet codes. They have lied to me over and over again stating that codes doesn't require clips. I had to call codes myself to find out not only that the clips are require but they also never got a building permit and when you replace an entire roof deck a permit is also required. We had MCR come out last year and replace our roof on primary home. After work was complete, the gutters were all completely bent, the gutter guards were not put back in place properly, and no sweep of roofing nails and debris and left satellite dish literally hanging by wires off the side of the house when they were 'complete'. They left the extra materials in our yard for a month after numerous calls for them to have a supervisor come out and finish the final inspection. I had Music City Roofers come out months ago to do an inspection. Ryan J****** was very enthusiastic about getting my roof replaced and getting my insurance company to pay for it. The next step was having my insurance company out while Ryan was here to have my insurance company asses the damages. Ryan informed me that he will remove a shingle and send it off for testing.
