Had to have a cavity taken care of and get to work on time. Dr. DaSilva got me in quickly, used the laser to drill, which meant no numbing and got me out by 8:30. Very enjoyable dental experience. Everyone was personable and explained the procedures and required treatment in detail. The front desk personnel answered all of my insurance questions. josie absolutely loves mrs frances and has been glowing and smiling ever since she got her teeth cleaned today. although a little nervous at first, josie warmed right up when she saw frances. I recently saw Dr. Cocolis to have two cavities filled. While it is a procedure I hate, mostly due to my own childhood memories, Dr. Cocolis and his wonderful staff made me feel comfortable and more relaxed; his assistant chatted with me while we waited for the novacaine to take effect, I was given a soft blanket to hold, and Dr. Cocolis gave me the option of using a device which would hold my mouth open while he was working (I did not like the way it felt, and it did not seem to be a problem for me not to use it).
