I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and escorted to the dental chair within minutes of my arrival. Dr. DaSilva and her assistant, Tara, were polite, professional, and friendly. everything was explained so that i completely understood what was going on. This experience that day is consistent with each experience i have had, from start to departure from the office. Gentle but effective exam and cleaning, a great relief after years of less-caring and very uncomfortable treatment. Procedures all explained beforehand and step-by-step, and all questions answered. I appreciate being treated as an intelligent adult. Dr Cocolis and his staff were ultra professional and very friendly. Top of the line equipment is the norm. I have been a patient of Dr. Cocolis for ten years. The entire staff is completely kind, respectful, and creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. How many people can say that they actually enjoy going to the dentist? Well, I can. My teeth and gums have never been better! For fear of leaving someone out, let me just say that every individual on staff is truly a team player and is a part of the practice from the time that you are greeted, receive your patient care, and then pay your bill. I am very satisfied with my experience. I had not been to the dentist in many years. I was a bit nervous at first but was quickly made to feel comfortable. Everyone was very polite and professional.
