I was expecting to see Dr. Cocolis today, but instead saw Dr. de Silva. Nevertheless, I was more than delighted with Dr. D. and found her to be very personable, gentle, informative, and she did a lovely job surface filling two of my teeth. Thank you to Ms. Frances for being so thorough and professional with my 5 year old daughter. Sydney has nothing but positive experiences at the dentist. Ms. Frances encouraged her to brush more thoroughly and last night, she asked me to "inspect" her teeth after brushing. Dr. DaSilva is also phenomenal and a nice person all around. Ms. Julie was phenomenal with my son Matthew. He was very scared to come to the dentist. The last time he visited six months ago, he wouldn't even open his mouth. Now that he's 2 1/2 though, he was a little more willing. Julie took such care with him and explained everything so clearly and perfectly to him. I might be a reluctant dental patient, but I appreciate Julie who is thorough and as gentle as she can be. Dr. DaSilva is the best and given my level of phobia, she's really the only reason I come back time and again. It's been a long dental road and she's gotten me through a lot of pain and fear. All staff, especially hygienist and doctor very efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that it is unhygienic to use same thread to clean under both bridges without at least cleaning the thread after the first use, preferably, change it, it is not that expensive, can bring my own if necessary, hopefully, it is not same thread used to clean between teeth.I was thought infection control in nursing school, no offense, truly like the hygienist. <i>This review was submitted for the provider's practice, and may reference anot... read more
Had my first of two annual visits today. Planned replacement of two crowns with new ones. All done expeditiously with new temporary crowns in place. Office offered to do get my cleaning done after crowns in place to avoid having to come back in two weeks. Great RDH care cleaning up some stains acquired last year, giving up her lunch time to do so.
