I have been going to this practice and seeing Dr. DaSilva for nearly two years now. Every visit has been an absolute pleasure. Lest you think I am some kind of oddball that just has a thing for dentists, let me assure you that I am not. Like many people, I've dreaded going to the dentist. This place is special. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr Cocolis are always understanding, and try to make your appointment as pleasant as possible. This is a great place for someone who has a fear of dentists. I have had to have a lot of dental work the last few years, and I can say that I'm no longer scared of the dentist, that's how wonderful everyone is! Dr. Cocolis and his staff stand out in a crowded field. From the warm and welcoming front office staff (Amy, Tiffany and Rachel) to Frances, the gentle and expert hygienist who cleaned my teeth today, to Dr. Cocolis himself, who examined my teeth and discussed my x-rays and care plan--they are professionals who know what they are doing and care a great deal about their patients. This app't went very well. Dr. Cocolis explained what he wanted to do, with my approval, and how it would happen and an approximate cost. His professional demeanor and personal approach to a nervous patient was easy to follow and understandable. As a new patient I appreciated his offer of time consider the plan and details.
