The office was able to schedule me of the next day after a crown broke. The crown had to be replaced, as well as the crown next to it, and they were able to do all the prep for both that day. It was nice that they could work me in to their schedule with little notice and were able to do both crowns at the same time. Dr. Cocolis was kind enough to see my when my usual dentist was on travel. I had a bit of a tooth emergency and Dr. Cocolis did not hesitate in letting me come in the same day. His office staff was amazing. The two women at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. It was as if I had been a long time patient. Once I was in the chair to be worked on, Dr. Cocolis really calmed my fears and took care of the issue quickly and helped me laugh- which is what I needed at the moment.
