The installers were very friendly and professional. Directions on use were received verbally and per instruction manual. I love the color I chose and how easy it is to operate. It's so enjoyable sitting outside under the awning with the family.

The installation was completed on time and the results exceeded our expectations. This Sunsetter awning is similar to one at our previous home and we were well pleased with that one so we built our new home planning to cover the 10 x 20' deck with a new one.

We absolutely love our awning. We couldn’t sit on our patio most of the time because of the hot sun. That is no longer a problem. We are happy to be able to use our patio anytime we want now.

Jordan was our sales rep. Knowledgeable and not pushy. Had good recommendations and was patient with our questions. The company was communicative and we had no issues at all with purchasing, setting up install appointments or the install. The installers showed up on time and unfortunately for them it was raising. They persisted through the rain and installed the awning perfectly. They gave me a walk through and were courteous and professional.

The salesman was very knowledgable, made good suggestions. The buying process was quick. Awning came sooner than expected. Installation was done in one hour and 20 min. Installers were very courteous and efficient. Love the awning….and the safety feature worked on a windy day and the awning closed on its own. We now have an additional room with our patio covered. Love it!
