This company excels at customer service! ( I have experienced their work on the borrower end as I took a loan out with a company they manage for. It was smooth with the appraiser they sent and the loan was closed quickly.) I also work with them as an appraiser client they serve for local lenders appraisal needs. Chris, Zach, Nate, Amber etal all are super! Always easy to reach but there is never a real problem that needs discussion.

Professional, responsive and kind people. Amerimac is bar-none my favorite client to work with as an appraiser; they are understanding when there are complications, pay reasonable fees, and are overall just friendly and good people I don't dread calls from. As an appraiser, that is not something to scoff at! They regularly get put at the top of my personal priority list, not because they badger me, but because I genuinely like them :)
