What a difference the experience of a root canal was! Dr. Smith and his team in the Worthington location were courteous, calming, and professional. They took time to explain what was going to happen and answered my question. They worked efficiently and throughout the procedure Dr. Smith kept checking to see if I was okay. I found out I needed a root canal and Dr. Steven Smith got me in the same day. The procedure was relatively painless--the shots to numb me were the only pain. The procedure was quick and Dr. Smith explained everything he was doing as he did it.
