To start, everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. They made my surgery day so easy and stress free. My experience with Dr Kraft and his staff was 100/10 from start to finish! Dr Kraft was very personable, friendly , and professional! Jill in scheduling was just as friendly and professional. By far, my favorite "Nurse Tin" I instantly felt as ease with her. She is also personable, friendly, and professional!!! I texted her directly and let her know she is exactly where she is meant to be, and the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of having in my 48 years of life - in any medical setting!
