My husband fell down the stairs and broke all the bones in his face. He was in ICU for several days and saw the doctor and was told to call to follow up after he was released from the hospital. His discharge papers instructed us to call this office. After my husband was released the neurosurgeon recommended that we follow up with a plastic surgeon. Zero stars if possible. Dr. Houser would not listen to me when I thought something was wrong after surgery. I ended up hospitalized with sepsis. Later results revealed he / the practice gave me a staph infection via an abscess in my breast. It was a terrible ordeal and Dr. Houser was very dismissive. I would not trust this practice. Dr. Houser may once have been a good surgeon, but the arrogance has gone to his head and he’s forgotten how to provide the most basic patient care.

The filler I chose to use was not at all helpful. Not the Doctor's fault. It just failed miserably for me. I'm right back where I started. I give up.

I visited Dr. Robert Houser for a breast explant procedure. I was quite impressed with the staff and the doctor himself. The intended plan was to undergo an explant, lift, and liposuction for my side boob area. On the day of the surgery, his nurse, who was supposed to assist him, arrived late. Consequently, the start of my surgery was delayed, even though I was the first patient scheduled for the day.
