My experience with Dr Kraft and his staff was 100/10 from start to finish! Dr Kraft was very personable, friendly , and professional! Jill in scheduling was just as friendly and professional. By far, my favorite "Nurse Tin" I instantly felt as ease with her. She is also personable, friendly, and professional!!! I texted her directly and let her know she is exactly where she is meant to be, and the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of having in my 48 years of life - in any medical setting! Dr. Kraft preformed my implant exchange and lift on one side. I had breast cancer with a lumpectomy several years ago and subsequently had implants. After a recent breast MRI, I found out that both implants had ruptured. I did not want to return to my previous surgeon for multiple reasons, so after a lot of research, I found Dr. Kraft. After my explant procedure, that area filled up with fluid and became tight and had a very dark appearance. Dr. Houser immediately diagnosed it as a seroma, a common complication of this type of surgery. I'm very pleased that I chose him for my post breast cancer treatment.
