Jerry Farrell and his crew were absolutely incredible. The entire process was smooth and easy. Jerry provided constant updates on the roof, and was there if we had any questions. I couldn’t recommend Jerry enough and couldn’t commend him enough. Absolutely fantastic personality and professionalism.
I am very happy with the whole process of getting a new roof with Feazel. Starting with the sales person, Mercedes Merced, and the job supervisor, Brian Jaeger, the way they handled all our interactions and the work carried out were very professional and effective. Roof looks great. I worked with Billy and Brian Jaeger. Crew worked from 7-7 and got it all completed in a day

Feazel did a great job with the roofing project - helped me navigate working with the insurance company, and were very efficient at the job site - they were in and out with a new roof done in 1 day. Jerry Farrell did a great job as project manager, helping coordinate the day and keeping me updated with progress pictures. He came back out the next day to do a final round of cleanup to make sure I didn’t have nails or debris in my yard.

The crew on the roof was excellent. Very efficient and did a great job cleaning up. Jerry Farrell our project manager clearly is truly customer oriented. He was on site several times and showed genuine concern for getting the job done right. An asset to Feazal!
