Cody and Jerry were amazing! If it wasn’t for Cody the insurance company would never have reversed their repeated denials of my claim. They both answered all my questions and made sure everything was going as planned. Jerry did everything he could to make the 2 - 1/2 day job go as smoothly as possible for me. The workers worked incredibly hard from morning until night and then cleaned up the work area. Jerry Farrel went above and beyond installing a brand new roof on my home. It kept in continual contact with me via text and in person. Very courteous and iofmative in educating me about all products and the installation process. Jerry and the crew were very respectful of my home and all the plants on my property. All I can say is that I hope he is also in charge of the gutter/drain and soffit job on my home.

Feazel Roofing has the greatest customer service that I have ever experienced. They were very polite and courteous. The work was completed promptly actually sooner than I expected. The sales manager Nick Mixon was very helpful, walking me through the whole process. In the future if I need any roofing repair, Feazel will be my first choice.
