My experience from beginning to end was excellent! Donnie Lucas, Regional Sales Manager, provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision about replacing my roof. He helped my adjuster find the hail damage and then worked with my insurance company for a seamless transition to the build. Dustin Johnson ensured that everything ran smoothly during the roof installation. He made sure my property was protected during construction and that the installers cleaned afterwards. Jerry Farrell and his crew were absolutely incredible. The entire process was smooth and easy. Jerry provided constant updates on the roof, and was there if we had any questions. I couldn’t recommend Jerry enough and couldn’t commend him enough. Absolutely fantastic personality and professionalism.
