Brian Jaeger and Donald were great to work with. After issues with the previous sales rep Ryan, Donald reached out and got us scheduled right away. Brian made the physical replacement of the roof an easy process. He communicated with us often, sent pictures, and took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. His crew made sure our property was cared for and clean after the job was done.

Jerry Farrell our project manager was top notch. Jerry always kept us informed with timely updates from before material was delivered until the last mail was in place. Jerry sent many pictures of the progress as work progressed that helped reassure us that we were getting a top quality job. Jerry and the crew did a great job. I really appreciated Jerry sending me pictures during the process and especially the finished project. I had an opportunity to review the pictures with Jerry the following day and he answered some questions that I had. Based on my experience, I would recommend Feazel to anyone who has roofing issues.

The processing and work to replace the roof was easy and straightforward. The team was exceptional and communication. Starting from Andrew who set the process up, to Jerry who was the project manager. The job was clean, on time and the communication was impeccable. Showing pictures of every step along the way.
