Getting the Job Done! This was my family's first visit to this office. For years, we had been going to a friends dentist. I felt like we weren't getting the best possible care. I saw that Fixari had great reviews and thought we would give them a try. They definitely lived up to all of their positive feedback. They were friendly, efficient, and clean. has been better in past years I find the current office staff to not have the same attention to detail and precision as when Dr Mark was a constant supervisor and practicing dentist . I'm assigned a new doctor and hygienist almost with each visit. I don't have the confidence developed over the years with Dr Mark and his former excellent staff. I didn't appreciate his time being changed because I didn't confirm the appointment in an email. I set the appointment to show up at it and if he wasn't coming I would have called to reschedule. Also if he hadn't shown up he would have been billed for a missed appointment. Changing his time without informing me is unacceptable and messing with my schedule. I dont appreciate the inconvenience.

the service was not satisfactory My last three (3) experiences at Kimberly-Parkway have been terrible experiences. I ask that I be allowed to speak directly with Dr Mark concerning these events. My cell number is 614-296-8155 and I ask that Dr Mark please call me. I really feel that Dr Mark will not see this response.
