I love coming to Fixari! My experience today was excellent. I was well informed about the procedure I was having done and the care I was given was great. My hygienist was so gentle and pleasant and gave me great after care instructions and recommendations for future treatments. I will always be a Fixari patient and so will my family!

I was extremely disappointed by the "sales pressure" during today's visit (this has occurred the last three visits we've scheduled). One of the reasons I was initially pleased with Fixari Family Dental was the fact that they provided friendly, efficient service and didn't try to "sell" us on services. It was refreshing knowing that we found a practice that gave us what we needed - no waiting for appointment times, flexible hours, and a pleasant staff who made our children feel comfortable with going to the dentist. After Paying $8,000.00 for Dentures, to have them adjusted for $350.00 is Disgusted.Not satisfied with them and don't want to pay for them. Now they are trying to sue me for the Balance.

Not good. Very unpleasant. I have been a long term patient of Fixarari, aprrox 20 years, and actually moved up to North Columbus about 8 yrs ago, yet still continued as your customer. Over the years I have had many different people take care of me and recently have injoyed Sue as my Dentist. This last visit was horrible. Lisa greeted me very politely and ingaged in basic conversation at the beginning of my visit, but as she did the service I came to realize she had not a clue what she was doing. I came in to have an abscessed wisdom tooth pulled because I was in extreme and unbearable pain. I have been coming here since I was a little girl. I've had a pretty bad past year and down on my luck. But that's besides the the point. I was taken back to your financial office, which I was very accustomed to seeing my parents taking that same dreaded walk as if your walking to your execution. I am Britni's mother. I am extremely dissapointed with the billing Dept. at Fixary. I have been given incorrect explanations for bills that I have received. I have been sent a bill two years after the service was rendered. Delta allows a set price for procedures. Instead of accepting Delta's price, I have been charged the difference. We are sorry that we chose Fixary to take care of our familiy's dental needs.

I called to schedule a deep cleaning per the doctor. I was given a date/time of 12/31, 7:30 am. When I arrived, I found that my appointment was entered as 7:20 and I was informed that I was late and there may not be time for my service. When I was taken back, I was told that there wouldn't be time because appmts were back to back. I then was told that the person who scheduled my appoinment only blocked 40 minutes for a general cleaning instead of the time needed for the deep cleaning. They do a great job repairing all dental work. They are also very friendly and have the utmost care for their patient. The attention they give in regards to making sure the person in the chair is in no pain at all is second to none. However it would seem that everything here comes at a price. I have learned over the years of having over 60 fillings, 3 root canals, 4 wisdom teeth pulled, and 3 regular teeth pulled at a handful of different places that the money making here is also second to none.
