I was very unhappy with the customer service I received today. So much so that I don't know when or if I will ever return.

The price from my initial consultation to when I called back to discuss it with them went up $3000.
My first concern is that my husband shared with me the cost of his dental work which has skyrocketed and seems extremely high. On his last visit for evaluation he was given one price and when he scheduled the work they gave him a higher price. I informed him that he needed to question this discrepancy. My other concern is that it appears that he is not getting correct information concerning the financial aspects of pending dental work. After being with Fixari for years and years (25) things took a terrible change. The dentist I had been with moved to the new office in Canal and even though that was a closer location to me I was told I could not go there. Then every time I went I got a different dentist. To top it off I had an accident, with 15 stiches to my face and tooth damage, again I got a different totally "rookie" dentst that misdiagnosed the problem. We have been going to this office for 8 years but will no longer return. Have had troubles with bills, handling of our insurance and office staff. They no longer seem to know what they are doing when handling the billing and charges.
on monday i had a 10:40am appointment for a simple cleaning to be followed up by a small cavity to be filled by Dr. Namazi who knows all about my dental paranoia (on my chart is a big note that only he is to deal with me to help me get over my fears) i had my cleaning and Dr Lloyd came in and looked at my mouth and said I need a root canal or a filling and told me to make an appointment for another time.
