Dental cleaning visit My hygentist was very nice and quick but needs to offer a rinse more often. Dr. Max is great. I actually got in and out in 30 mins and did not have a long wait before I was seen. Usually they are running 15-20 mins behind.

Appointment I was very unhappy with my visit yesterday it was a wasted trip I'm thinking I'm getting my crown/implant and I had this appt for quite a while so when I get there I was greeted by 2 financial persons and one ask me did I have my balance today so they could proceed with my work today, I told them no I did not have it but to make a long story short someone could have called me two weeks ago and told me what I money amount I needed to bring I don't have 600.00 dollars to pay out at once unless it's rent, never the ... read more

Attention to Detail I was told that I would need a crown - I agreed to the service so a temporary crown was put in. I experienced a lot of pain and headaches after the temp crown was put in. I called and went in to see if it just needed reworked. That did not alleviate the symptoms so I called and left a couple messages saying it was still causing pain. No one seemed to concerned, I went in today to have the permanent crown put on and when they started grinding it was discovered I needed a root canal. It is my understanding ... read more

Time wasted. Rude nurse. I have had an ongoing problem with a tooth because of mistake Fixari KP made. I was assigned a new dentist there and at my last appointment, he explained all of the options (which was great) and then gave me some time to think about it. He didn't come back for close to 15 mins (to much time). I told him my decision and he left again so he could take an impression. Again, I continued to wait. Not Happy The first time that I visited this office I was absolutely in love with everyone. My hygienist was great down to the Dr. It was a wonderful experience. I had a follow up appointment last April where I had to wait almost an hour and then I finally got up and left. Now mid November, I was happy that I called today and that they could get me in with so short of notice. Not only did they try to collect on a balance that I no longer owed. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED The GOOD: The office staff was very polite and professional. They all made me feel welcome and valued. The front desk clerk promptly checked me in, thoroughly updated my information and was quite pleasant. The dental assistant was outstanding: she escorted me to the dentist's chair, put a clothing-protector/bib on me, and ensured my comfort, she even checked on me several time while I waited. Wouldn't clean my teeth without charging $2000 to insurance They told me that you don't pay anything. The insurance would pay everything. No I just want a cleaning. No we won't clean your teeth we want the insurance money to clean your teeth. Very rude in the way they denied my services.
