THE WAIT!!!! Had a 30 minute wait when I had a 4:00 pm appointment and it was 4:30 when she got started cleaning my daughters teeth. I was told my daughter need 2 wisdom teeth pulled and she will have someone come give me a price it took over 20 minutes before someone came in to tell me the price. I'm a single father with alot going on with my child and my time is precious.

Poor Service Three of us came for an appointment and they forgot the 3rd person. After waiting for an hour I had to ask when I would be getting my teeth cleaned. After looking dumbfounded they realized all three of us had appointments. After our appointment a future appointment was NOT set and I had to remind them to give us our fluoride treatments. Only 2 of the 3 of us received a toothbrush pack & I have no idea when our next appointment will be. But you can rest assured they collected all payments that were due. Poor serv... read more

Wisdom Teeth Extraction Never received information about what to do or not to do before having teeth pulled. So, because she had eaten, she was never fully sedated and could feel and hear what was going on. Traumatizing. I wish the dr. Would have just told us to reschedule.

Incident with Equipment Leaving a piece of File in my Tooth I went in today to start the process for a bridge, this was my second appointment. Upon arrival the dentist went over my past visit, took new x-rays and cautioned me on doing a bridge and the possibility that the procedure might not be the best to do. I agreed. The x-ray showed decay in a tooth on the other side and I was told a root canal was needed followed by a crown. I waited in the dental chair after the dentist made a referral, complete with neck cloth, in excess 30 minutes with no personal contact/service.

I will NOT be returning to this dental office!! I scheduled appointments for my daughter & I a few days ahead of our visit but apparently no one called my insurance company for verification of benefits. Towards the end of the visit is when they realized that I may not have insurance, that's when attitudes changed, AND that's when I was handed a $551 bill to be paid right then and there. Your office is slow on appointment times and I felt the cleaning was slighted. Its been over a year since I could see a dentist because of a medical problem and I don't believe a 30 minute cleaning did the job. In my opinion, you need to get rid of the office exploration and gifts and provide better service.
