The work was done with the efficiency and safety. As promised it was done on the day it was supposed to be, one day is promised to do all of the work and be finished and the areacleaned up.. I was happy with their work.

Kearns Bothers roofing was awesome. They repaired a small leak in winter and gave us detailed estimate for new roof. Ours was 30 yrs old. They looked ahead at weather forecast and scheduled our new roof for March 13. They worked from dawn until dusk and did tear off and new roof in 1 day. Brandon the project manager kept us informed every step of the way. He told us Jorge would be crew lead that day and both were very attentive. The entire crew was amazing at clean up. Gary Holm and Mark Cramer were outstanding guiding / helping us through this entire process. Thanks to Gary and Mark I was able to get a fair settlement from the insurance. There constant updates and follow up was great Brandon Skrzypek management of the install was outstanding. From start to finish, the communication was great. Brandon consistently checked on us after the install to make sure we were satisfied and came back out to improve the roof to prevent squirrels from getting in. Kearns also monitored the solar roof for production and came back out to update the system. Great follow through.

I was very impressed with the quality of work that Kearns Brothers did on my roof. They were professional, efficient, and cleaned up the area perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof. Chuck Saltmarche did an amazing job leading the plan and making sure it was tailored for our needs. he was very responsive and professional. Levi and Angel executed the plan and made sure it was completed timely and efficiently. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.

Everything went smoothly. Levi and the team were great! I’m still giving this a 5 star because I know working with the City of Detroit can be difficult, but it is unfortunate that I had to pay almost $800 for a permit and the inspector has never come out after multiple calls and appointments by us and Kearns.

Kearns Brothers did an excellent job on my new roof. Project Mgr. Levi was very thorough, called the day before the job to check in, visited on the install day to keep me informed, and did a walk through the day after. The crew worked hard and finished the job in one day as promised.
