The roof removal and new install went smoothly and when scheduled. Looks great!
Caleb was awesome in working with our insurance company and making sure he saw to everything from start to finish. Levi was the project manager and insured that the roof installation was smooth and complete from beginning to end. I highly recommend Kearns Brothers. They were the most professional company, and I'm glad we worked with them rather than any of the other companies we had out to give us quotes for wind damage to our roof.
Levi and Dan were both fantastic. Dan was timely and was always available when contacted. He was honest from the day we met and made sure we were happy with the contract and service. He also communicated quickly with our insurance provider. Levi, the project manager, was likewise great. He responded to texts within an hour (often times immediately) and even came back to check on something within a day, despite being busy with other projects. He even fixed a minor issue on the spot. Brandon the project manager was very responsive and professional. Chavez the crew lead patiently answered my questions/requests and the crew left my outdoor area very clean. Perhaps a little better than they found it. Matt Ross the sales representative explained everything very well, answered all of our questions, responded very promptly to questions we had throughout the whole process.
Best experience ever! Beginning with our Sales Rep.James Dionisi being extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous to our Project Manager Levi who had the best personality and kept in consistent communication via phone and sending pictures from a Drone that allowed each step of the process to be viewed !
