Brandon the project manager was very responsive and professional. Chavez the crew lead patiently answered my questions/requests and the crew left my outdoor area very clean. Perhaps a little better than they found it. Matt Ross the sales representative explained everything very well, answered all of our questions, responded very promptly to questions we had throughout the whole process.

Best experience ever! Beginning with our Sales Rep.James Dionisi being extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous to our Project Manager Levi who had the best personality and kept in consistent communication via phone and sending pictures from a Drone that allowed each step of the process to be viewed ! Overall a good experience. Had a couple hiccups with scheduling and having to cancel an install date because of the team having to finish another job. All worked out in the end with Chavez and his crew who put in a 14 hour day. There was a lot of debris to clean up since the crew didn't finish until after dark and the day was windy. The project manager came by the next day to sweep for nails, but I would like to have seen a scheduled crew come by early the following day to really cover the grounds.
