Michael and I appreciate the great dental care we have received from Worthington Dental Group over the years. This includes implants, crowns, fillings, gum surgeries, and cleanings with fluoride treatments to prevent decay. Most recently Dr. Duckworth performed needed gum surgery that saved my teeth. Let me begin by saying I am not a patient in your practice. Last Monday I came in to ask if your practice took my son’s dental insurance. I was greeted by Missy C. your Practice Admin. This gracious lady couldn’t have been kinder. Missy tried to find providers who took my son’s insurance which I was having a great deal of trouble retrieving.Missy wasn’t able to get the information either but boy did she try! I can’t thank Dr. Reed enough for his professionalism, guidance and help during my dental journey. I had an unforeseen tooth loss and he has helped me with the plan for rebuilding my gums and bone, directed me to specialist to trust and assisted me with interim solutions until the final surgery could happen.
