As usual, everyone! from the front desk assistants to the dental professionals, was warm and welcoming. (Very nice to meet the newest dental hygienist, Kim.)

I saw Christie, who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Somehow we also managed to talk about our various experiences since we last met. She gave me advice regarding a nighttime retainer and answered other questions I had. After all these years, appointments are more like having a talk with an old friend. She also introduced me to a new dentist to the practice, who was excellent.

Every visit to Caring Dental is a great one. I am a long-time patient (over 20 years) and Dr. Wendy Rose-Hyatt and her staff have always treated me and my husband with respect. The front office and treatment areas are modern and clean. The staff members out front are warm and welcoming to the patients. These are the things that make patients return again and also spread the word to others. There are dentists and then there are GREAT dentists. Customer service is the key.
