Friendly staff, efficient. I appreciated that they did their job and were less focused on filling in the forms but that there was a person they were talking to. Dr. Sakamoto is very bright, answered all my questions, took time to explain. Glad to have met him. Obviously very experienced.
Staff and Dr Sakamoto were all terrific. Kept me informed about what they were doing and what I should expect. Top notch care. I highly recommend them.
I was apprehensive regarding my visit. Yet, I was welcomed professionally by the entire staff. Special shout out to Kelly, as she was able to allay my concerns with her knowledge of my situation. My exam was comprehensive, the results were presented to me using my X-rays, and in depth explanations by Dr. Sakamoto. I am now prepared for my procedure, with no reservations. Many thanks!
Terrific! Kelly, Stacy, and Dr. Mannava were especially helpful and informative. While I wasn't sure what to expect, Kelly made me feel at ease and Dr. Minnava explained exactly what was necessary and what the plan and procedure would be going forward. Stacy thoroughly explained the financial part of my visit so I don't expect any unsuspecting charges. I will highly recommend them.
