Cannot thank this office enough. I was able to schedule a needed appointment quickly. every staff member with whom I came into contact was kind and professional . The endodontist explained everything in detail . I would highly recommend this very professional and office to anyone who needs endodontic treatment.
Went in for a root canal and the procedure was performed on time and with minimal discomfort. They were training a new dental assistant during the procedure and it was actually interesting hearing the description of the process and various instruments used. Dr. Susi took time to clearly explain follow up meds and when to take them. Also, really appreciated Dr. Susi's personal call the next day to check how I was doing.
Excellent doctor and staff. Felt like I was in very capable hands. Kept me well informed and pain free. I would certainly return if necessary and would happily recommend Columbus Endodontic Specialists to others.
