Every person that I interacted with in that office was welcoming and supper nice. Almost no wait time. They listened to all my concerns. Not one time did I feel pressured to do anything. Also, I felt no pain during my cleaning and filling procedures.
The care from Holly and Dr Andy is 100%!! They both listen to questions and concerns and address questions in understandable answers. I have a rough history with Dental Care as I am in my 70's. From the first time I came to the Gentle Dentist, I realized that history has been completely turned around. Absolutely no discomfort!! Whether cleaning, crowns, or extractions, the has been complete.
I just LOVE the atmosphere at the gentle dentist! I’ve been going there since I was a kid, and have never had any reason to leave. The staff is fun, professional, and they do a wonderful job!
Molly was great as a hygienist. Pain free and did an amazing job with cleaning and getting rid of some long term stains. Love the massaging pads on the chair!
I truly appreciate how kind and understanding everyone was. I am a highly anxious patient to begin with, and then having a procedure amidst the tornado sirens made me even more shaky. Rachel and Dr Andy were both very patient while I calmed down (with a little nitrous assistance), explaining every step of the process as they went. The Dr even sent a text the next day to follow up and answered my questions. It really made a normally uncomfortable experience actually quite easy.

My Hygienist was friendly and took time to discuss personal things as well as my goals for potential dental work without any pressure. The cleaning was quick and painless. The dentist was equally friendly and reassuring and answered my questions effectively.
I really don’t even have the words to express how much I love this dental practice, and Dr. Andy! I came to the office as a new patient after having a four year lapse in my dental care due to moving and other busy life circumstances… So they had a little bit of catchup work ahead of them! They were absolutely wonderful, never once did they make me feel bad for missing those few years of cleaning and care. I had one tooth that needed a crown, which I just had the visit for yesterday.
