Dr. Ettrich is the best! I have had a few root canals and each time it was a calm, pleasant experience and he explained everything before, during and after the procedure. He calls to check on you later and I have never experienced any problems during or after any procedure. I completely trust that he knows exactly what he is doing. I had a very pleasant experience for a dentist office, which I am not a fan of. They gave me options for my situation and didn't try to get lots of money from me. I was pleased and would go back if needed, and or refer someone.

Just a note to let you know how pleased and grateful I am for Dr. Ettrich's expertise and timely responsiveness to provide a root canal. He has worked on numerous teeth for me and I have been very satisfied with his work. I have been the recipient of his new Gentle Wave technology twice now and I love the results! I wasted $300.00 on an x-ray that probably didn't need to be done only to be told that nothing was wrong with my tooth. Doctor advised to see a neurologist if mouth piece didn't work.I asked the doctor for a referral and he had no referrals.The worst part was the receptionist. Very rude and unprofessional. To summarize, I lost $300.00 and had to deal with a rude receptionist.

The doctor did excellent work but their customer service side is horrible. I am so displeased and upset with this office. I am being charged $200 for a missed appointment. With all the COVID stuff going on, I overlooked my initial appointment, one they rescheduled already and I couldn’t charge them for my time being messed up. I mean I scheduled out my day to work around the timeframe that was given. Then trying to help out my in-laws in moving them to Tennessee had to get this one rescheduled. Dr Ettrich's office was professional and Dr Ettrich did a great exam on my cracked tooth. Which was determined he was not able to do a root canal and the tooth would need to be remove. I asked Dr Ettrich for some additional antibodies. He told me I don't play that game. Like I am some drug user. I had to leave before I would say same something not very nice. I am retired, worked 38 yrs and raised 3 kids. This doctor needs to learn some empathy.

My 1st visit, via referral. I was greeted by a very pleasant smiling receptionist. The staff was all very kind. And Dr Ettrich was very gentle, explained everything so I could understand it. I was very pleased. I would recommend this Endodonitcs office to family and friends.
