I spoke to Addsion this morning regarding an issue gaining access to a property. She worked with me on my behalf with the lenders, and issue resoved in no time flat. As per usual Amerimac is the best AMC that I have dealt with in all my years as an appraiser. I highly recommend.
As an appraiser, I deal with several AMCs. Amerimac is pleasant to deal with, responsive to questions and reasonable with fees and turn times. Overall, one of the best AMCs we work with.
