Worst appraiser ever!!! Came in and couldn’t believe the updates… kitchen cabinets are 20 years older than the house, half the counter is plywood. I don’t know what’s updated about that. Also the tile is coming of the floor and cracking and she said it must be new??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are looking for a blind appraisal!!!!
Amerimac is seriously next level when it comes to customer service! Andy called me back (after hours) to help me get an order in, walked me thru the process, and have been overall amazing to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
