They answered the phone, said they would be there and were. They fixed the problem, were pleasant and told me what they did and made suggestions. Other people never called back, only one called a day later. I see their truck in my complex, so obviously they do good work. Reliable, reliable, reliable.

Quality Service! You get what you pay for.
Capps does provide quality work at a higher price than those I have worked with previously. They know what they are doing, the clean up is very good and they call a half hour in advance. I was concerned to work with them because of how many bad reviews there were online but they handle my association. They again know what they are doing but I question the method of the first service rep who came out to us. It may have just been his approach or maybe he was new. The service by Capps plumbing is exceptional. My sewer line was clogged on Thursday night and Capps was out there on Friday morning to repair it. When we found out that the line could not be rodded out and had to be replaced, they immediately went into action, scheduled a crew on Saturday and replaced the entire line from my house to the septic tank... and repaired the tank which was incorrectly installed by someone else.
