The worst company. Don't ever use them! The techs are liars. They gave me an estimate of $300+ to replace a part in my shower faucet because it'll take at least an hour for the job. The next thing you know they fix it in 15 minutes. What's crazier is the bill I get from them. They charged me $425... hidden fees added up.

I wouldn't recommend this plumbing company to anyone! They were supposed to come to my parents house on Friday between 1 and 4...4pm came and no snow or call. My mom called Capps and they said someone would be coming out and still nobody showed up. Terrible business and I will be telling everyone to stay away from them. So many other plumbing companies. My parents called another company and told them about what Capps did and they said they never heard of never showing up. Very ridiculous!
Don't make the same mistake as my family. We had a horrible experience with this sham of a company. While the workers were polite and seemed decent but everything else about the process was horrid. The hot water issue we had was said to be one issue that they charged us $650 and it fixes nothing. We call back they play games about getting someone back to our home and when he does show up it's 5 hours after we were told they would arrive. I had a sewage line blockage and Capps came out and fixed it ($295.00) but what I was told by the 2 guys that came out was lies and had I listened to them fraud. They cleared the blockage which they said was internal and not in the line out to the street. They recommended that I get hydrojet cleaning of my sewage line since I had clay sewage lines and roots would grow back within a few weeks. The cost for this was about $600.00 an hour. Horrible service. Had a clogged shower drain and I specifically called capps because they advertised the free camera inspection. When they came to my house they did not even bring the camera and I specifically requested the camera before beginning the work. However, the plumber insisted he rod the pipe in order to fix the issue. Once he got everything set up and started rodding the pipe, he noticed that he could not plunge the tool any further. Please save yourself from this lying, unethical company! I called my handyman because I thought I had a clogged toilet in the basement. My handyman went straight to the furnace room and opens the door. There is water all over the floor. The ejector pump had been unplugged from an air duct cleaning company I had at my house a few days prior. My handyman recommends Capps. Save yourself the time, energy, and experience CALL someone else! For months, on & off, my toilet gets clogged really easily. Plunging it takes longer than 20 minutes to unclog it. My toilet also does random phantom flushes, sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row. Last night, my toilet flushed backwards as in the water came up from the bottom filled the bowl and after the tank filled up again, the water slowly drained out until It bubbled at the bottom of the toilet. Capps Plumbing charges almost double after we compared them to what other plumbing companies charge. Unfortunately, I checked after the work was done. Also unhappy with their attitude. Called them about an issue and they were rude. It's a good idea to get another estimate before you get the work done.
