The information provided by Brandon was impressive and informative. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not follow up with a scheduled time once I signed the contract; I had to call him. Jose was great at diligently working on installing the skylights, he seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job of cleaning up any mess that was made. He was very professional and respectful. The work was good at 511 Rosewood in Springfield Ohio but the cupola was knocked over and hasn’t been repaired. At 465 Leander we were told that we wouldn’t get a warranty on the roof unless we purchased new spouting also. Our spouting was working great. That issue wasn’t resolved.
SINCE THE ROOF WAS COMPLETED ON MY GARAGE, IT HAS RAINED SEVERAL TIMES. SO FAR, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF LEAKAGE THROUGH THE ROOF VENTS. HOWEVER, I AM PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO EXTEND THE FOLDING CHAIRS TO THE ATTIC TO SHINE A LIGHT TO THE AREA OF REPAIR. I HAVE SEEN NO INTERIOR EVIDENCE OF WATER LEAKAGE IN MY GARAGE AREA INTERIOR.

Everybody I dealt with knew what they were doing, from the zone rep-down to the workers. I noticed the powers that be didn’t mind overloading the on-site supervisor. I’m sure he won’t complain, but you did have his plate very full and he handled it well. Easy does it!
