And then fixing an installation defect that was discovered on an inspection report and transferring the roof warranty over to us the new home owners. The work was good at 511 Rosewood in Springfield Ohio but the cupola was knocked over and hasn’t been repaired. At 465 Leander we were told that we wouldn’t get a warranty on the roof unless we purchased new spouting also. Our spouting was working great. That issue wasn’t resolved.
SINCE THE ROOF WAS COMPLETED ON MY GARAGE, IT HAS RAINED SEVERAL TIMES. SO FAR, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF LEAKAGE THROUGH THE ROOF VENTS. HOWEVER, I AM PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO EXTEND THE FOLDING CHAIRS TO THE ATTIC TO SHINE A LIGHT TO THE AREA OF REPAIR. I HAVE SEEN NO INTERIOR EVIDENCE OF WATER LEAKAGE IN MY GARAGE AREA INTERIOR.
