Pleasure to work with. Travis offered to put tarp on roof puncture from tree damage before rain came - that was super nice .Than Jerry Farrell made sure all was done quickly and efficiently- did put a lot of attention to cleaning nails after all - also liked that they worked with family business- whole crew was close family ! Love that ! Excellent job and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Jerry the project manager went above and beyond in keeping me informed about the roofing project on my house. This service included informing me when the team would be arriving, then following up with pictures and communication during each level of events. Sending pictures of them prepping the house, removing black tarp from roof (before and after), pictures of the synthetic overlay, then pictures with new shingles. Phenomenal!! Couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship. Jerry Ferrell was amazing and kept me informed of all aspects of replacing my roof. He was a very easy guy to talk to; extremely nice! I also want to give a shoot out to Cody Mitchell for being with me through this whole ordeal! He was great to work with.

It was a pleasure working with the Feazel team regarding my roof replacement due to hail damage. Travis Fulton, Brian Yaeger, Amber and the installers were all very friendly, helpful and professional. They addressed all of my concerns prior to, during and after the installation---and the roof looks great. Travis was particularly helpful during claims process---and Brian couldn't do enough to resolve an issue that came up during the installation. I would definitely recommend Feazel to anyone who needs a new roof.

Jerry Farrell and his team from Feazel Roofing were timely, thorough and clean. Jerry kept us updated throughout the day by texts and photos. The team cleaned up the yard nicely and put everything back in order. Jerry followed up the next day to make sure everything was good.

The project flowed smoothly from sales to facia board replacement to the reroofing. The project started off with an excellent presentation of the Feazel roofing system and process by Tim Squire, the Feazel sales rep. The project began quickly and communication was excellent from phase to phase. Folks showed up when scheduled and the quality of work is excellent. The crew worked hard for three days and they did a great job. Jerry was the project manager and send a ton of photos as the roof progressed. He was always on the job site and answered all my questions. He went around after the crew cleaned up and went the extra mile to make sure our yard was great.
